MANAGEMENT

Carly Hoey

Founder

Carly opened the company in 2009 after believing there was a gap in the market to provide all aspects of hair and beauty under one umbrella. 
 
Carly is extremely passionate about health and wellbeing and believes she has created a team and services alike that provide that here at Bellaire. Striving to help you Look beautiful and feel amazing. 
 
Carly has a big focus on staff growth and to create opportunities within the company – she recently renovated and expanded the salon creating several spaces for new employment.
 
Carly is forever grateful to her team and clients for fourteen wonderful years in business & Long May it continue
 

Devon

Sales and Service Manager

Devon has over ten years experience in management & sales.

Devon is passionate about delivering the ultimate customer service experience from the moment you walk through our doors. She prides herself in ensuring that every one of our clients has the most exceptional journey.

Devon will be the first person you see on entering the salon and you won’t be disappointed with her warm welcoming personality.

Jemma

General Manager

Jemma has seventeen years of experience in management nine of which have been with us.
 
While you will see Jemma at the front of house her passion is ensuring that the operations of the salon run smoothly. 
 
Jemma pride’s herself in ensuring our team are meeting their goals and happy in their positions! She states the business is built on a team and ensuring we have a happy one is something I am extremely passionate about.

Jodie

Creative Director

Creative director Jodie has 11 years experience in the industry, from colours, extensions to styling Jodie loves to do a mixture of things within the salon however her passion lies with styling, party hair and bridal nothing is ever too much and Jodie is always up for a challenge.
 
With past experience doing hair shows and photoshoot work it’s clear styling is Jodie’s strong point within the salon.
 
Her role as creative director also includes her planning training events to make sure her team are up to the 5 star standard we like to give out keeping them up to date with the latest trends and making sure everything runs smoothly within the hair department.

Charlene

Senior Stylist

Charlene has 17 years experience in the hairdressing industry and there’s nothing she can’t do! She has the eye for creating that perfect blonde base.  
 
Charlene absolute passion is event styling and she loves nothing more than creating the perfect styles.

Creative Colourist 

Jemma has 17 years of experience in the industry. Her passion for knowledge is second to none.

She prides herself in educating her clients throughout their service to ensure they understand what exactly can be achieved during their visit.

She is a perfectionist!

 

Jourdan

Senior Stylist

Jourdan has 13 years of experience in the hair industry all of which has been with us.

She is passionate about hair extensions & making her clients feel good about themselves. she is well known for that bouncy blowout.

Jourdan’s bubbly & friendly personality will have you feeling calm & amazing in the salon chair!

 

Michael

Senior Stylist

Michael has thirteen years of experience in hairdressing. he is extremely passionate about his colouring techniques & strives to meet his client’s goals.

Michael is always pushing himself to be better he has recently completed an advanced barbering course.

Rachel

Senior Stylist

Rachel has 14 years of experience in the hair industry.

She has an extensive amount of experience in creating the perfect wedding hair for your big day, alongside this Rachel has a love for hair extensions.

If you’re lucky enough to secure an appointment with Rachel her personality will win you over so trust us you will never leave!

Assistant Stylist

Aimee has two years of experience here at Bellaire.

Starting her hairdressing career with us she has quickly become the ultimate perfectionist in everything she sets her hands to.

Aimee is passionate about all aspects of hairdressing but is driven to become the ultimate styling queen. She is going to be a popular one.

Heather has 8 years of experience in the industry all of which have been with Bellaire.

Starting from an apprentice, and working her way to Senior Stylist. she is qualified in all aspects of hairdressing, however, her passion is colouring.

Heather loves to get creative with vivid colours, if your goal is to achieve that bold statement – Heather is your colourist.

 

Chantelle

Senior Stylist

Chantelle has been with us for 2 years however she has over 17 years of experience in the hair industry.

She is qualified in all accepts of hairdressing, her main passion is hair extensions, Chantelle loves to make her clients feel confident about themselves.

Ella has been working within the beauty industry for the last eight years and has carried out all of them with us here in Bellaire. 
Ella is trained in everything beauty-related however Ella’s passions lie with intimate waxing and nails. Esp those with nail art!
